Our assets

SPV SA

This 3.2 MWp rooftop solar plant located on Aquiris wastewater treatment plan in Brussels (Belgium) was acquired by SWIF in 2015.

Average annual solar yield is about 900 kWh/kWp with a production of 2,900 MWh, entirely consumed by the wastewater treatment plan. Revenues are secured by the sale of Green Certificates until 2023 (average price of 96€ per GC in 2022-23). To be noted that from mid-2023, electricity will be sold at market price (after the end of the Green Certificates which were granted for ten years).

Nove Eco Energy Eood

A ground-mounted solar power plant of 5 MWp located in Sliven, Bulgaria and acquired by SWIF in 2016.

The annual solar yield is around 1,250 kWh/kWp with a yearly production of around 6,250 MWh, entirely sold to the network at market price but with a compensation system (“Contract for Difference”) which guarantees a preferential rate until 2032.

MG Solar Systems Eood

A ground-mounted solar power plant of 4.7 MWp located in Sliven, Bulgaria and acquired by SWIF in 2016.

Annual solar yield is about 1,219 kWh/kWp in 2019 with a production of 5,728 MWh, entirely sold to the grid at preferential Feed-in-Tariff until 2032. The annual solar yield is around 1,200 kWh/kWp with a yearly production of around 5,700 MWh, entirely sold to the network at market price but with a compensation system (“Contract for Difference”) which guarantees a preferential rate until 2032.

Energia Sette Srl

A ground-mounted solar power plant of 4.7 MWp located in Eboli, Italia and acquired by SWIF in 2017.

This power plant has experienced several technical failures recently and its output is currently not optimal at around 1,000 kWh instead of the previous 1,200 kWh/kWp, i.e. a production of only 4,700 MWh, entirely sold to the network at market price and receiving a Feed- in-Premium until 2031.

Irshanska SES

In 2019-2020, SWIF engaged in the development and construction of a large-scale project in Ukraine located 150 KM northwest of Kyiv. The construction took place in two phases: a first ground-based power plant of 6 MWp was commissioned in October 2019, then an additional 24 MWp were connected to the network in September 2020.

The first year of full operation (2021) showed average performance in the order of 1,000 kWh/kWp due to some technical adjustments.

The context of the war launched by Russia since February 24, 2022 has a strong impact on the current performance of this asset, even if the power plant is still operating almost normally, without any damage but with frequent curtailments imposed by the grid operator.
