Solar World Invest Fund SIF (SWIF) is a Specialized Investment Fund under the laws and regulations of the Grand Duchy of Luxembourg and dedicated to investments in solar energy infrastructures and other renewable energy assets.

It is established as a company with variable capital (“SICAV”), specialised investment fund (“fonds d’investissement spécialisé”) incorporated as a partnership limited by shares (“société en commandite par actions”) under the control of a General Partner (“Associé commandité”) and under the supervision of the “Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier” in Luxembourg.
