Supervised by the Financial Authority in Luxembourg(Commission de Surveillance du Secteur Financier - CSSF), SWIF is a regulated Specialized Investment Fund. SWIF was launched in June 2015 by Laurent Minguet, Belgian entrepreneur.

Every year (in June & December), SWIF organizes two fundraisings. Since June 2015, more than €20 M have been contributed to the Fund bringing SWIF's total net assets to around €25 million.

* At the date of 30/06/2022, the fair value of our Ukrainian asset has been significantly degraded due to the Russian-Ukrainian conflict, which impacts the NAV of SWIF. As a result, due to the discounted cash flow methodology, the Ukrainian project loses some immediate profitability even if, over the long term, it still displays a ROE (return on equity) of around 8%.
